Operational Solutions & Daily Issue Management

  • Handle and resolve operational issues across seller - warehouse - fulfillment flows.
  • Investigate root causes and coordinate with warehouse and internal teams for timely resolution.
  • Support team leader in handling ad-hoc tasks or improvement projects related to seller resolutions.

Cross-functional Operations & Process Improvement

  • Coordinate with Warehouse and other Shopee internal teams to align and execute operational solutions.
  • Design and standardize scalable operational processes, SOPs, and guidelines for sellers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and operational process design/SOP development skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, and stakeholder management skills, with acceptable.
  • Fluency in English (both writing and speaking).
  • Strong ownership and end-to-end accountability, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deal with constraints.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge and continuous improvement mindset.
