Job Description

Job Description:

  • Convert operational documents (e.g., SOPs, flowcharts, policy decks) into Rider-friendly communication materials.
  • Write short-form, clear, and action-driven content for Riders: e.g., rule reminders, violation clarifications, and behavior expectations.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to deliver final materials in visual formats: posters, video storyboards, in-app banners, FAQs, etc.
  • Execute assigned communication tasks in awareness or compliance campaigns (e.g., correct proof-of-delivery photo taking).
  • Coordinate with Ops, Rider Excellence, and Comms teams to ensure messages are timely, localized, and aligned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Operations, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in internal communication, operations support, field-force training or behavior-based communication.
  • Strong writing skills: Able to craft short, simple, and behavior-focused content tailored for Riders (non-office, frontline users).
  • Ability to interpret complex policies and translate them into easy-to-understand and visually supported content.
  • Comfortable working with designers, using visual storytelling formats such as posters, motion clips, or infographics.
  • Detail-oriented and organized able to handle multiple communication tasks in parallel.
