Your responsibilities
- Translate customer requirements into clear, feasible implementation solutions, ensuring alignment with product capabilities, and constraints.
- Implement customer-facing features in the product's extension module using HTML/CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, Velocity Template, and built-in configuration tools (e.g, Seatmap Editor, Branded mobile application) to match customer's branding, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with onshore stakeholders in US/Europe and Engineering Teams in Vietnam to clarify requirements, validate solutions, and ensure timely delivery.
- Perform functional testing, troubleshooting and adjustment before delivering to customers.
- Document configurations and customizations for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Manage your own workload to meet agreed timelines and quality standards, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum or Kanban).
Your qualification
- sBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience in the software development industry
- .Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript/Typescript for UI customization
- .Good at analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into feasible solutions
- .Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- .At least 01 years experience working in IT industrie
