Job Description

Conduct reconciliation reports precisely and timely regarding orders, payments, repayments, etc.
Communicate with related stakeholders on reconciliation results within timeframe.
Identify pending transactions as well as investigate any discrepancies in the reconciliations to spot system/ reports issues.
Work with internal teams and external partners to evaluate and analyze problems, find out the root causes and solve the issues timely.
Communicate and collaborate closely with stakeholders to regularly update and understand the working. process/ new program/ new information, and provide feedback that ensures a holistic approach on user experience, in order to prevent bad experience for customers.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is compulsory.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese to coordinate with internal stakeholders across the region.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of accuracy, integrity and responsibility.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work with multiple parties.
Preferred background (experience/ majoring) in Accounting/ Banking/ Finance.
SQL is a plus.
