Job Description

Plan and execute promotion strategies to acquire, retain, and reactivate users at different lifecycle stages.
Optimize promotion schemes to maximize efficiency and impact on user growth.
Lead cross-functional growth initiatives, working with Business Intelligence, Product, and Operations teams to drive execution.
Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to refine strategies.
Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous optimization.
Manage in-app & out-app marketing assets supporting users growth execution, ensuring seamless and timely campaign execution.
Identify and troubleshoot campaign issues, optimizing performance proactively.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis on users-related trends to provide actions & initiatives for users growth.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

University graduate with a relevant bachelor degree
At least 1 years of experience in user growth or promotion strategy in fintech, e-commerce, or tech.
Strong skills in promotion planning, lifecycle optimization, and campaign efficiency.
Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking with a goal oriented attitude.
Solid computer skills, especially in Google Sheets and Excel. Proficiency in Power BI and SQL is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and independent learner.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, attention to details and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
