Job Description

What you will do

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with selected Key Accounts to identify business needs, validate use cases, and co-develop new solutions;
  • Drive business growth through new solution-led initiatives, working with customers to design compelling use cases and solution packages that address real market needs;
  • Pilot and refine solution packages with early adopters, then adapt and position them for expansion into new industries and verticals;
  • Actively collect structured customer insights, feedback, and performance data throughout pilot and rollout phases;
  • Collaborate closely with internal Product, Business, Technology, and Operations teams to translate customer feedback into product iterations and solution enhancements;
  • Monitor implementation progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure the successful execution of partnership initiatives;
  • Document learnings and contribute to the development of playbooks, best practices, and scalable solution frameworks to enable broader market adoption.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Technology, or related fields;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Solutions, Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, or B2B roles within Ads, SaaS, platform, fintech, or technology-driven businesses;
  • Proven experience working with Key Accounts or strategic partners, preferably in solution-oriented or consultative roles;
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth through solution design, use case development, and market expansion;
  • Strong ability to manage projects and work effectively across internal and external stakeholders;
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different seniority levels;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable translating insights into actionable recommendations;
  • Good command of English for professional communication;
  • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with a strong interest in innovation and experimentation;
  • Execution-focused, resilient, and results-driven.
