An exciting opportunity with a global manufacturing company in the lubricant & chemical sector for experienced warehouse professionals looking to take on a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely material supply to production and on-time delivery to customers.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs, inventory accuracy, productivity, and service performance.
- Maintain inventory integrity through cycle counting, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO management.
- Support WMS/ERP implementation and warehouse digitalization projects.
- Participate in new warehouse setup, layout optimization, and process improvement initiatives.
- Promote HSE compliance, 5S standards, Lean/Kaizen, and continuous improvement culture.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse operations experience in manufacturing.
- Strong preference for candidates from lubricant, chemical, petrochemical, FMCG, paints & coatings, or related industries.
- Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse KPIs, and operational excellence.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
