Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Assistant to support an expat manager in a fast-paced, multinational environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative tasks, with a strong focus on planning, coordination, tracking, and cross-functional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key liaison between the manager and internal/external stakeholders, including regional and expat teams
- Support planning, tracking, and follow-up of tasks, projects, and key initiatives
- Monitor progress, ensure deadlines are met, and proactively address potential issues
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving and dynamic work environment
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as delegated
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Manager, PM Assistant, Personal Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar roles
- Background in Project Management or experience working in PM-like roles is a strong advantage
- Good command of English (working with expat stakeholders is required)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, flexible, and able to handle a high volume of tasks
- Open-minded, adaptable, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment
