Role Overview:
The Outbound Assistant Team Leader supports the Warehouse Team Leader in managing outbound operations such as picking, packing, sorting. This hands-on role ensures that operational targets and quality standards are met while guiding and supporting warehouse assistants. The Assistant Team Lead also helps oversee inbound activities to ensure productivity and KPIs are met.
