We are seeking a professional Assistant Store Manager to manage all retail/ F&B operations and delivering an excellent customer experience for our store in Hue city.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Control inventory at store to ensure good stock of products at all times
- Co-ordinate with HR Dept. in attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Lead store operation team of 8-10 staffs to reach targets and KPI's, ensure the compliance with company's policies and procedures
- Organize team engagement activities to create understanding and connection among team members
- Report to Area Manager regarding sales results and productivity
- Other tasks as assigned by Area Manager
Requirements and skills:
- Proven food and beverage management experience, min. 2 years at the management positions
- English communication is a must
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Ability to delegate multiple tasks and motivate team
- Communication and leadership skills
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
- Diploma or degree in food service management or related field will be an advantage
