Job Description:

  • Report to and work alongside the Recruitment Manager. And able to be his/her representative when required.
  • Responsible for organizing data related to the Recruitment funnel, database, tracker and ensuring data is accurate and presented in a way that assists individuals, businesses, and organizations make better decisions.
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment projects to ensure assignments are completed on time and to the clients satisfaction.
  • Working closely with line managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, meet competitive hiring goals and expectations, and ability to advise the line manager to select the most suitable candidates.
  • Ensure that agreed processes, standards, timeframes, and quality requirements are adhered to.
  • Being responsible for full life-cycle recruitment i.e., liaising with line manager about job requirement, sourcing using a variety of searching methods, application screening, performing an assessment, conduct an interview, candidate selection, and hiring process
  • Raising brand awareness in social medias and online platforms
  • Preparing recruitment and ad-hoc assigned reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience working in the recruitment function with funnel board
  • Very strong data analytical
  • Multi-tasked, and able to work well under pressure
  • Highly developed user of Excel, Google sheet, PowerPoint, etc
  • Fluent in English communication is a must
  • Presentation skills
