Analyze current WH workflows to identify process gaps, constraints, and inefficiencies across key functions: Inbound, Put-away, Storage, Replenishment, Picking, Packing, Outbound,Dispatch, and Returns / Rework (if applicable).
Design, document, and deploy SOPs / Work Instructions / Standard Work (including role-based standards for FLM/GL, operators).
Lead pilot runs, process validation, and rollout governance for new initiatives (e.g., flow-pick, dynamic wave, slotting, pre-pack/cache, QC gates, layout changes, automation integration).
Facilitate both executive-level and working-level meetings; ensure structured documentation (minutes, action log, RAID log) and owner-based follow-up.
Ensure post-implementation tracking: adoption, KPI movement, and sustainability plan.
Coaching & Stakeholder Engagement
Coach WH Ops teams and cross-functional stakeholders to build problem-solving capability and project ownership.
Act as a thought partner to Ops/Business teams: provide insight-driven recommendations to shape initiative pipeline, investment priorities, and site roadmaps.
Partner closely with BI/Data, Product/Tech (WMS), WFM, Finance, and Regional stakeholders to align source of truth, reporting logic, and execution model.
Requirements
5–7 years of relevant experience with demonstrated business impact (Ops Excellence / Continuous Improvement / Industrial Engineering / Warehouse Operations / E-commerce logistics).
Strong experience in process improvement and project management in operations environments. Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with KPI design, data interpretation, and turning insights into execution plans.
Proven ownership: proactive, hands-on, and able to drive cross-functional alignment under ambiguity.
Excellent communication in English & Vietnamese (written and verbal), able to work with regional stakeholders.
Flexible, resilient, and open to challenges; can work on-site and support multi-site initiatives when needed.
