Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at ULA RESORT GLAMPING, located in Ho Chi Minh City. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting in the overall management of the resort. The role involves coordinating activities, implementing policies, managing resources, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The individual will also help in identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
• Operational management experience with a focus on hospitality or resort management
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Background knowledge of hospitality-related software tools and systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
• Flexible working style and ability to adapt to various scenarios within a resort environment
