  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and access the workforce based on the needs of the business.
  • Performance Management: Analyze and interpret recruitment data to measure the success of hiring strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment events, referral programs, and partnerships, to reach and attract workforce.
  • Hiring Process Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring efficient candidate selection and timely onboarding.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to develop their skills and maximize their effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Responsible for managing, monitoring, and executing projects related to recruitment or recruitment source development in order to drive performance and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in mass recruitment/HR. Functional knowledge in E-Logistics and substantial experience in recruiting blue-collar labor resources related to this industry will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and using recruitment metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills in particular the ability to guide and coach team members
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, good stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written to communicate with various stakeholders
