Drive digital activation initiatives with bank partners, focusing on delivering Digital Assisted Sales (DAS) strategy, increasing customer lifetime value, and supporting the digital customer journey to achieve business growth in bancassurance.
THE JOB:
- Support the planning and execution of digital assisted sales (DAS) and digital marketing initiatives to achieve business growth objectives.
- Assist in developing strategies to attract, engage, and retain customers through various digital channels.
- Contribute to identifying and implementing opportunities to increase sales and enhance customer value using digital tools and digital solutions.
- Help ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout all digital touchpoints.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver digital projects and campaigns effectively.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and best practices to support innovation and operational excellence.

THE PERSON:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital sales, or digital activation (preferably in insurance or banking).
- Experience working with digital platforms, CRM, and marketing automation tools
- Proven track record in driving digital sales and customer engagement
- Propensity modeling for banking customer segmentation
- Digital lead generation to drive sales conversion
- DigiBanking app workflows and digital touchpoint optimization
