JOB DESCRIPTION:
Data Foundations, Analytics & Structuring (20%)
- Support the mapping and gradual restructuring of fragmented data sources across departments.
- Assist in designing basic data models and structures to prepare for future data warehouse and analytics initiatives.
- Build and maintain simple dashboards and reports (Power BI or equivalent) to support management and business teams.
- Work with business users to define and structure datasets for analysis.
- Contribute to data documentation and basic data governance practices to improve data quality and reusability.
Digital Automation & AI Enablement (40%)
- Design and build automation workflows using Power Automate to streamline manual and repetitive processes.
- Support departments in identifying and implementing workflow automation and low-code solutions.
- Design and configure AI agents using Copilot Studio for internal use cases (e.g., information retrieval, Q&A, process guidance).
- Collaborate with IT and application stakeholders to integrate automation, AI, and lightweight digital tools (Power Apps, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experiment with emerging digital and AI-enabled approaches to improve operational efficiency and knowledge access.
- Document automation and AI use cases and create reusable patterns or playbooks for scaling successful solutions.
Digital Enablement, Training & Community Building (40%)
- Plan and organize internal digital events such as knowledge-sharing sessions, newsletters, and awareness campaigns.
- Conduct internal sharing or training sessions on digital productivity tools, automation workflows, and AI-enabled use cases.
- Collaborate with HR and external partners to organize digital upskilling programs and training delivered by internal or external lecturers.
- Support the building of internal digital communities and promote best practices in digital collaboration and productivity tools.
- Act as a digital change agent, encouraging adoption of new digital tools and new ways of working in a traditional working environment.
- Collect feedback from business teams on digital tools and training needs to continuously improve enablement programs.
REQUIREMENT
Education & Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3 5 years experience in consulting or digital transformation.
Technical Skills
- Required:
- Basic experience in data analysis and visualization (Power BI preferred).
- Good understanding of data modeling, or SQL.
- Proficiency in Excel for data handling and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation tools.
- Familiarity with M365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with Copilot Studio or chatbot/AI workflow tools.
- Experience with Power Apps or low-code platforms.
Business Acumen
- Ability to understand business processes and identify digital improvement opportunities.
- Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders and explaining digital concepts in a clear, practical way.
- Able to connect digital tools and enablement activities with business outcomes such as productivity improvement and efficiency gains.
