Role Description
The Assistant HRBP Manager position is to support the HRBP Manager through the development and implementation of best practices in Human Resources Management, ensure team fulfils its role within the organization on a day to day basis and provide professional support/ advices to all non-manager employees in relation to Human Resource issues.
- Geographical Area: Sofic office, HCM
- Reporting line: HRBP Manager Commercial & Supporting Functions
- External customers: Suppliers/ external HR partners.
- Internal customers: All Saint-Gobain Colleagues, especially in partnered functions.
Requirement
- Functional HR Strategy: Understand overall HR vision, strategy drivers, Must-Win Battles, HR Agenda & activities, together with partnered business KPIs and how to drive concrete actions to support HRBP Manager and HR Team to achieve the aligned KPIs with excellent performance.
- Change & Culture building: To lead all staff activities to deliver cultural building in your partnered Functions/ BU successfully. To implement the change project and culture change in partnered functions/ BU including budget planning, supplier sourcing, communication designs, etc. to lead the change successfully.
- Recruitment: Ensure all activity of Talent acquisition OTIF
- Talent Development: To build the talent pipeline for Non-Manager level by developing robust career & succession planning mechanisms. Talent review, identification, competency assessment, closure on feedback and creation of individual development plans
- Training & Development: To work with Line Manager in identifying Training Needs for Non-Manager level which can address the capability area of improvement in order to grow the organization to deliver business objectives. Follow up in their post training evaluation and development. Able to give input for HRBP Manager when justifying in all promotion cases of Non-Manager level.
- HR Policies: To follow up the performance management process and ensure it is well complied and implemented in all partnered functions; Ensure all HR procedures related to recruitment, internal transfer, promotion, termination, and disciplinary actions are implemented properly & professionally.
- Employee Engagement: To conduct various employee engagement activities (Wellness/ Festivals/ Sports etc.)
- HR Partnership: Find a professional way to approach the partnered functions at Non-Manager level and become their trustworthy & excellent HR Business Partnerto get their true insight and feedbacks in order to propose to HRBP Manager prompt actions before leading to conflict.
- Others: Prepare HR Reports as assigned by HRBP Manager and submit as per timeline. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification
- Education: University degree. Having HR management degree is preferable.
- Work Experience: at least 3 years of experience in the same position or similar job with successful proven records.
- Possess sense of business acumen.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good at Vietnamese & English communication (speaking & writing).
