The Assistant Front Office Manager supports the Front Office Manager in overseeing all aspects of the Front Office operations, ensuring smooth coordination, exceptional guest service, and operational efficiency. This role acts as second-in-command for the department, supervising Front Desk, Telephone Operator, Concierge, Executive Lounge and Guest Service teams while assisting in the management of revenue, staffing, and service standards.
The position ensures guest satisfaction, proper handling of complaints, adherence to brand standards, and the training and development of staff. The Assistant Front Office Manager plays a key role in maintaining an efficient workflow and acts as Manager on Duty when required.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager in a hotel or resort.
Bachelor&aposs degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field.
Good command of English, both verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
Strong result-oriented, team management and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong organizational and training skills.
