The company manages inventory for case goods, upholstery finished goods, and accessories in a world-class warehousing facility that is central to Ashley's supply chain and value proposition. As the largest bonded furniture warehouse in Vietnam, the site includes over 27,000m² of warehouse space and a multi-floor office area. Role Description The Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for supporting business performance management through financial analysis, operational reporting, accounting supervision, and strategic business insights. This role acts as a business partner to management by combining finance controlling, business analysis, and process improvement capabilities to support operational efficiency, cost optimization, and decision-making across departments.

This position also supervises accounting operations and drives reporting standardization, KPI visibility, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

·      Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Analysis, or related roles.

·      Strong knowledge of financial reporting, business analysis, budgeting, and internal controls.

·      Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or operational finance environment preferred.

·      Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving capability.

·      Advanced Excel and reporting/dashboard skills; ERP experience preferred.

·      Experience with automation, BI tools, or AI-supported reporting is an advantage.

·      Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

·      Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset.

·      Frequent interaction with management and cross-functional departments.
