Assistant Brand Manager Marketing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Brand Manage for everything related to the brand development/operation in the market
• NPD : market study, price setting, strategy to win, launch plan
• Product registration including briefing creative and admin on the artwork and product details; liaise with Regulatory team on the product registration required documents
• Day2Day sales monitoring - follow up with channel if sales are below/over target and react accordingly
• Inventory : work closely with supply chain and import team on stocks forecast, PO to principals, shipment from oversea etc
• Responsible and in charge of brand plan as well as marketing activities (activation, offline events, etc) for the brand
• Responsible to brief marketing team/agency on all assets required for brand related media i.e. brand socmed accounts, market place banners, online banners, product information, etc
• Middle person between internal with principal e.g get feedback from principal if there is customer complaint, request principal for marketing assets if we want to follow the same global campaign etc
• Administrative tasks as and when required e.g sales report to principals; quarter / semester review with principal on performance; arrange market visit when principal visit etc

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing/ business administration or related field
• Having at least 3 years of work experience as a brand management
• Beauty industry / FMCG background preferred
• Good communication skills especially English
• Having passion and deep knowledge in beauty industry
• Familiar with presentation and reporting
• Good Analytic skills (able to analyst numbers and good in Microsoft excel)
• Agile, creative, able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
