- Marketing, PR & Branding:
- Work closely with Brand Manager/ Business Manager to develop annual marketing calendar with full marketing activities and budget spend
- Plan and coordinate with Marketing team to execute marketing activities: product launches, events, outpost animation, in-store animation,..
- Liaise with principal for execution of branding/ marketing activities
- Assist on monthly budget tracking
- Ensure and maximize monthly product exposure on both digital & print media channel
- Prepare monthly in-store promotion scheme and coordinate with MKT & Retail Ops for execution to make sure that every counter understand well and have enough stocks to apply the promotion
- Apply for promotion license & communicate with retailers about the program
- Prepare monthly marketing activities report
- Merchandising and inventory:
- Follow and execute visual merchandising guidelines from principals at all counters to make sure that all visuals are all in usage right
- Prepare for new counter set up (if any)
- Accountable for brands inventory levels, stock forecasting for existing & new products, stock management to ensure all POS are well stocked, no potential loss of sales and maintain healthy inventory turnover ratio
- Complete all necessary reports timely
- Operation:
- Assist logistic team in custom clearance process by providing related documents
- Take lead in prepare legal documents for product notification
- Work with local suppliers to produce POSM: blotter card, paper bag, voucher
- Arrange all payment requests for brand spending
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, merchandising, or retail operations (experience in beauty, or luxury retail is a strong advantage).
- Solid understanding of brand management, campaign execution, and budget tracking.
- Hands-on experience in coordinating product launches, promotions, in-store activations, and events.
- Experience in inventory management, stock forecasting
