  • Marketing, PR & Branding:
  • Work closely with Brand Manager/ Business Manager to develop annual marketing calendar with full marketing activities and budget spend
  • Plan and coordinate with Marketing team to execute marketing activities: product launches, events, outpost animation, in-store animation,..
  • Liaise with principal for execution of branding/ marketing activities
  • Assist on monthly budget tracking
  • Ensure and maximize monthly product exposure on both digital & print media channel
  • Prepare monthly in-store promotion scheme and coordinate with MKT & Retail Ops for execution to make sure that every counter understand well and have enough stocks to apply the promotion
  • Apply for promotion license & communicate with retailers about the program
  • Prepare monthly marketing activities report
  • Merchandising and inventory:
  • Follow and execute visual merchandising guidelines from principals at all counters to make sure that all visuals are all in usage right
  • Prepare for new counter set up (if any)
  • Accountable for brands inventory levels, stock forecasting for existing & new products, stock management to ensure all POS are well stocked, no potential loss of sales and maintain healthy inventory turnover ratio
  • Complete all necessary reports timely
  • Operation:
  • Assist logistic team in custom clearance process by providing related documents
  • Take lead in prepare legal documents for product notification
  • Work with local suppliers to produce POSM: blotter card, paper bag, voucher
  • Arrange all payment requests for brand spending

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, merchandising, or retail operations (experience in beauty, or luxury retail is a strong advantage).
  • Solid understanding of brand management, campaign execution, and budget tracking.
  • Hands-on experience in coordinating product launches, promotions, in-store activations, and events.
  • Experience in inventory management, stock forecasting
