Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual Marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
  • Manage and control Marketing budgets to ensure efficiency and ROI.
  • Supervise agencies and partners in executing digital, PR, POSM, trade activation, and event activities.
  • Evaluate and report the effectiveness of Marketing activities periodically.

2. Brand Management & Development

  • Monitor and analyze brand performance (sales, market share, promotions) on a regular basis.
  • Develop, adjust, and strengthen brand positioning in line with market context.
  • Manage product packaging, labeling updates, and price changes in compliance with approvals.
  • Conduct market research and propose strategies for sustainable brand growth.

3. Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Track market trends, consumer insights, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor competitors marketing and trade activities across channels.
  • Provide timely market and competitor updates to Management and related teams.
  • Proactively recommend counter-strategies and improvement actions.

4. Team Management & Coordination

  • Assign tasks and manage the performance of team members.
  • Coach and develop team capabilities to meet competency standards.
  • Build teamwork and ensure alignment with brand objectives.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and external partners.
  • Support business operations and brand execution as assigned by Line Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Marketing or related roles.
  • Trade Marketing experience or strong exposure to trade activation is a key advantage.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
  • Good communication skills in English; proficiency in MS Office
