Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual Marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Manage and control Marketing budgets to ensure efficiency and ROI.
- Supervise agencies and partners in executing digital, PR, POSM, trade activation, and event activities.
- Evaluate and report the effectiveness of Marketing activities periodically.
2. Brand Management & Development
- Monitor and analyze brand performance (sales, market share, promotions) on a regular basis.
- Develop, adjust, and strengthen brand positioning in line with market context.
- Manage product packaging, labeling updates, and price changes in compliance with approvals.
- Conduct market research and propose strategies for sustainable brand growth.
3. Market & Competitive Analysis
- Track market trends, consumer insights, and brand awareness.
- Monitor competitors marketing and trade activities across channels.
- Provide timely market and competitor updates to Management and related teams.
- Proactively recommend counter-strategies and improvement actions.
4. Team Management & Coordination
- Assign tasks and manage the performance of team members.
- Coach and develop team capabilities to meet competency standards.
- Build teamwork and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Regulatory, and external partners.
- Support business operations and brand execution as assigned by Line Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Marketing or related roles.
- Trade Marketing experience or strong exposure to trade activation is a key advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
- Good communication skills in English; proficiency in MS Office
