Data Maintenance: Update and maintain data within the Asset Management System (AMS).
Inventory Control: Manage and monitor asset requests, including additions, adjust tasks, and stock levels at Hubs/SOCs/Warehouses.
Handle and resolve asset-related issues arising at Hubs/SOCs/Warehouses.
Compliance Monitoring: Record and report violations of asset management protocols within assigned areas.
Lifecycle Management: Update data regarding asset transfers and disposals on the AMS for the region.
Reconciliation: Reconcile physical inventory results against system data.
Reporting: Compile monthly physical inventory reports from various sites. Prepare statistical reports on total regional assets, including both quantity and valuation.
Discrepancy Handling: Explain any variances and document regulatory non-compliance cases where applicable.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Tasks assigned by the Leader.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a related role. Experience in the E-commerce industry is preferred to effectively handle high-volume transactions.
Technical Skills:
Data Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage data systematically for quick retrieval.
Software Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills or proficiency in asset management software. Knowledge of automation tools (such as Apps Script) is a significant advantage for process optimization.
Soft Skills:
Communication: Ability to collaborate across departments, explain complex issues, and provide guidance to Operators to ensure coordination and compliance.
Adaptability: Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Attitude: High sense of responsibility, meticulous attention to detail, and a continuous learning mindset.
Language: Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Mobility: Willingness to travel for business as required.
