2. Overview
We are looking for an Organic Growth Specialist to work on optimizing our mobile games on App Store & Google Play.
This role is ideal for SEO professionals (25 years experience) who want to transition into ASO (App Store Optimization). You will be trained and supported to develop ASO expertise while working closely with Product, Creative, and UA teams.
3. Key Responsibilities
- Keyword & Market Research
- Research keywords and analyze search trends, user intent, and competitors in app stores
- Monitor keyword performance across different markets
- Store Listing & Content Optimization
- Write and optimize app titles, descriptions, short descriptions, and metadata
- Apply SEO and conversion-focused writing to improve organic installs and CVR
- Creative Optimization (ASO)
- Work with designers on app icons, screenshots, and feature graphics
- Support A/B testing initiatives to improve store performance
- Performance Tracking
- Track key ASO metrics such as organic installs, CVR, and keyword rankings
- Analyze results and provide optimization suggestions
- Cross-team Collaboration
- Coordinate with Product, UA, and Creative teams during soft launches and global releases
4. Requirements
Must-have
- 2 - 5 years of experience in SEO, Content SEO, or Organic Growth
- Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent
- Good writing skills with a focus on conversion and optimization
- Data-driven mindset and willingness to learn new tools
Nice-to-have
- Experience with mobile apps or games
- Familiarity with App Store / Google Play optimization
- Experience with A/B testing or analytics tools
- ASO experience is a plus, but not required. Training and guidance will be provided.
