Job Summary
The ASA Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving revenue growth and leading the commercial performance of After School Activities programs, including Outbound and Summer Camps. This role combines strategic sales leadership, cross-functional coordination, and team development to ensure strong enrollment results, operational efficiency, and an excellent parent experience.
Key Responsibilities
A. Commercial Leadership (40%)
- Develop and execute the annual enrollment strategy for ASA programs.
- Take full ownership of revenue targets for:
- Outbound Camp
- Summer Camp
- Monitor and actively manage the sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts to ensure sustainable growth.
- Optimize sales resource allocation in alignment with seasonal demand cycles.
- Propose and implement enrollment incentive schemes and promotional strategies tailored to each campaign phase.
B. Program Development Collaboration (20%)
- Partner with the ASA Manager in shaping program concepts and annual offerings.
- Provide data-driven insights and commercial input regarding:
- Market demand and parent expectations
- Pricing sensitivity and positioning
- Operationally feasible program scale
- Coordinate supplier research, evaluation, and preliminary assessments.
Note: This role contributes to pricing discussions but does not hold final approval authority over pricing or contracts.
C. Program Execution Oversight (25%)
- Oversee the execution of Outbound and Summer Camp programs from a commercial performance perspective.
- Monitor and control:
- Enrollment numbers versus approved capacity
- Operational changes impacting cost efficiency
- Act as the key liaison between Sales, Operations, and Vendors to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and program delivery.
D. Team Leadership & Performance Management (15%)
- Assign seasonal product focus and targets to Sales Executives.
- Coach and develop team members in consultative selling and parent relationship management.
- Track individual performance, provide ongoing feedback, and support the team in achieving KPIs.
