Senior AI Engineer (LLM & Personalization)

Location: District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Onsite)

Role Overview

You will build AI systems that directly impact user experience and revenue.

You will focus on LLM-powered features, personalization, and intelligent decision

systems across the product. Your work will power search, recommendations, and

automated user journeys.

You will operate in a fast execution environment using AI-assisted development and

continuous delivery.

What You Will Own

LLM Applications & AI Systems

Build production-ready LLM features using APIs and open-source models

Design RAG pipelines using structured content, metadata, and embeddings

Develop AI-powered experiences such as semantic search, recommendations,

and assistants

Implement prompt strategies, evaluation loops, and response quality controls

Personalization & Ranking

Design ranking and scoring logic for search and recommendation systems

Build next best action and personalization models using behavioral data

Improve relevance using offline evaluation and iteration cycles

Work with product teams to translate business goals into measurable ML

outputs

AI Platform Integration

Expose AI capabilities via APIs for web and mobile applications Integrate AI services into production systems with strong latency and reliability

Work with data and backend teams to ensure clean inputs and stable

pipelines

Evaluation & Quality

Define evaluation frameworks for LLM and ML outputs

Track relevance, accuracy, and business impact metrics

Prevent regressions through repeatable test and evaluation workflows

Engineering Execution

Own features end-to-end from idea to production

Write clean, testable, and production-ready Python code

Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery

Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience building and shipping ML or AI systems

Strong Python skills and experience with ML or LLM frameworks

Experience building AI-powered features in production environments

Solid understanding of ranking, recommendation, or personalization systems

Experience designing APIs for AI or ML services

Strong problem-solving and system design skills

Good communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with RAG systems and vector databases

Experience with LLM orchestration tools (LangChain or similar)

Experience with search systems (Elasticsearch or OpenSearch) Familiarity with A/B testing and online evaluation

Experience working with behavioral or user interaction data

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM 6:00 PM (VNT)

Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off). Lunch break: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM
