Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Job description

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven solutions focusing on document processing, OCR, and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
• Build and optimize automation workflows using Power Automate and integrate AI capabilities into business processes.
• Develop and manage API integrations between AI services and enterprise systems.
• Implement and optimize OCR solutions using Azure Document Intelligence or similar technologies.
• Design and refine prompts for LLMs on Azure AI services to improve response quality and task accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Evaluate, test, and improve AI model performance, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and production readiness.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and AI solution architectures clearly.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with OCR technologies, preferably Azure Document Intelligence or similar platforms.
• Experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering, especially on Azure AI services.
• Experience building automation workflows (Power Automate) and integrating APIs.
• Proficiency in Python or other relevant programming languages.
• Basic understanding of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus.
• Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (Azure preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in dynamic environments.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
