Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Đà Nẵng, with flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within an assigned territory to meet revenue targets. This includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and creating and executing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, overseeing team performance, and providing training and mentorship. The role also demands close collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to optimize product placement and promotion.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Development.
  • Strong knowledge of Market Trends Analysis, Forecasting, and Strategic Planning.
  • Leadership, Team Management, and Employee Training skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, with a good grasp of data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to manage hybrid work dynamics, combining on-site leadership and remote collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Previous experience in the beverage or luxury goods industry is a significant advantage.
