- In charge of half of Ho Chi Minh City.
- Guide and develop the sales team in the area to achieve the best performance.
- Motivate, encourage, and inspire the sales team to meet expected sales, product display, coverage, and market penetration targets.
- Manage and monitor field activities to build strong customer relationships and ensure sales staff regularly visit and understand customer needs.
- Analyze factors affecting sales volume and performance.
- Keep up to date with market information, provide timely and accurate reports and feedback to maintain stable business operations and identify new business opportunities.
- Collect and report on the business situation of competing products in the market.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job requirement- Graduated from University/College in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an ASM in the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, people management, negotiation skills, and relationship development.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to distribution and sales teams.
- Proven ability to coach and lead sales teams.
- Good business forecasting skills.
- Strong management skills.
Other InfoProbation Period: 2 months
Working Time: Monday to Saturday
