Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City/ Hanoi, focuses on managing and enhancing sales performance within the assigned area:
SALES & TEAM MANAGEMENT
− Set targets, monitor and push sell-in, sell-out & sell-through quarterly/monthly to achieve the sales target
− Manage & monitor Local Sales Representative (LSR) team in assigned area to maximize sales revenue CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT & EXPANSION: Build & maintain a strong relationship with existing customers and enhance the network expansion of key shops
SALES PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION: Execute promotional and sell-out/ sell-thru programs at point of sale & ensure visibility display, POSM deployment and display campaign compliance
REPOTING AND FEEDBACK:
− Report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to planning and sales manager
− Province weekly updates on team performance and activities
Others as assigned by Regional Sales Head.
Qualifications
1. Education background: Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Commercial or related majors
2. Working experience:
− At least 3-year of working experience in GT Sales or related position
− Having experience in Home Appliance or Consumer Electronics is preferred
3. Skills:
− English communication skill in 4 skills is a must.
− Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
− Excellent presentation & negotiation skills
− Proficiency in data analysis and customer relationship management.
4. Others:
− Result-oriented
− Ability to work under high pressure.
