Analytics Engineer

We're seeking talented BI Engineers to develop robust data pipelines, empower business stakeholders with actionable insights, and contribute to a modern data-driven decision-making culture.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and translate business requirements into actionable BI solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using modern BI tools.
• Ensure data visualization meets user expectations for usability and performance.

Data Pipeline and Warehouse Development

• Design and optimize scalable data warehouses on platforms like Google BigQuery, dbt (data build tool).
• Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to process and integrate data efficiently.

System Maintenance and Improvement

• Troubleshoot, evaluate, and enhance existing BI systems for better performance.
• Maintain and improve data integrity, accessibility, and security across platforms.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance through actionable data insights.
• Provide expertise and training to end-users on BI tools and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with modern data warehousing and BI systems (BigQuery, data-build-tool).
• Advanced SQL skills with expertise in query optimization and database performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python or equivalent scripting tools.
• Familiarity with data modeling techniques (normalized, star, snowflake, dimensional modeling,  etc.).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.

• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Experience with scheduling and orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.
• Knowledge of query performance monitoring tools and profiling techniques.
