About The Role
As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will bridge data engineering, analytics, and business, building scalable data models and pipelines to enable reliable, high-quality data for decision-making.
What You Will Do
Data Ownership & Collaboration
- Collect business requirements and translate complex needs into technical solutions
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end data solutions
- Consult with data consumers to define meaningful datasets for analytical use
Data Modeling & Pipelines
- Design, implement, and optimize data models (DWH/Data Mart, Star Schema, Dimensional)
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines with focus on scalability and performance
- Refactor data warehouse structures to improve consistency and efficiency
Data Quality & Standards
- Ensure data quality through testing, validation, and monitoring
- Create and maintain data documentation
- Improve coding standards, maintainability, and best practices across the data platform
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in data modeling and data architecture
- Deep understanding of SQL with ability to write and optimize complex queries
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines and data warehouse concepts
- Familiarity with BigQuery, dbt is a plus
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Python or other programming languages
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Familiarity with modern data stack and distributed systems
