Job Description

Job Description:

  • Conduct in-depth data analysis, identify business issues and opportunities, formulate hypothesis, give answers and conclusions regarding credit's products and users.
  • Deep dive on credit assessment to support risk team modeling.
  • Give visibility of key credit products metrics with dashboards and reports.
  • Build data solutions automation and optimization, design pipelines and workflows.
  • Help collections team on credit recovery strategies.
  • A/B test on collections and credit projects.
  • Present insights to stakeholders and top managements.
  • Help to deliver strategic and tactical initiatives to drive business growth and cost reduction.
  • Interact with teams from different areas and countries. Work closely with the Singapore SeaMoney team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, mathematics or related fields.
  • Experience with credit analysis is a plus.
  • Experience with SQL or Pyspark languages. Knowledge in Python or R is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
  • Experience in ETL/ELT process, pipeline creation on workflows, big data ecosystem (Hive, Spark), data warehousing, data preparation.
  • Experience in SFTP or API process automation is a plus.
  • Advanced english is mandatory.
