Analista Snior de Projetos - PMO (Expanso)

What will be your mission

• Ensure that projects under your responsibility are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget (when applicable)
• Document decisions, processes, and risks
• Ensure process standardization
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with cross-functional teams and management
• Coordinate internal and external resources for project execution
• Develop spreadsheets, dashboards, and process maps to document requirements and support project activities
• Propose solutions and provide guidance to improve work methods and systems in an agile manner
• Collect and analyze data to support decision-making
• Prepare and implement reports as needed
• Support process mapping initiatives to drive improvements, optimize quality, reduce lead times, and improve cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
• Advanced English proficiency
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end project governance (scope, timeline, risk management, and stakeholder management)
• Clear, objective, and structured communication skills
• Experience managing projects related to construction, expansion, or physical site implementation
• Proven ownership and accountability for full project delivery from start to finish.
