Job Description:
What will be your mission
Responsible for monitoring and executing operational processes related to the registration of credit card receivables, ensuring the consistency of information recorded with market registries, the proper settlement of transactions, and compliance with regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN).
The role involves tracking receivables registrations, performing operational reconciliations, and investigating discrepancies involving registries, acquirers, and internal systems. In addition, the position supports the management of operational indicators and regulatory obligations related to the receivables ecosystem.
What will your day-to-day be like
- Monitor the registration of card receivables with market registries.
- Track and reconcile the registration of merchants (sellers/merchants) within the receivables ecosystem.
- Perform reconciliation of information related to receivables registrations, settlements, and bank domiciles.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies between internal systems, registries, and partners in the payments ecosystem.
- Support the financial reconciliation of settlements associated with registered receivables.
- Manage operational exceptions related to contract payments or settlement failures.
- Monitor and handle disputes or claims related to payments linked to receivables.
- Prepare and share operational reports with internal teams and partners.
- Act as an interface with registries, acquirers, and internal teams to resolve operational or technical issues.
- Open and follow up on technical tickets when systemic issues are identified.
- Participate in operational forums and monitor updates related to the receivables ecosystem and its regulation.
Requirements:
What you need to take on the challenge:
- Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
- Advanced English (speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory)
- Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- SQL (Experience in other programming languages is a differential)
- Comfortable working with large datasets and incomplete information.
- Data-drive profile, being capable of dealing with complex models and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external
stakeholders
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial institutions (banks, fintechs or payment institutions).
- Experience with operational or financial reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of credit card receivables registration in the Brazilian market.
- Familiarity with BACEN regulations related to card receivables..
