Position Details:

Job Type: 1 year renewable contract with client

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Timings : Hybrid, Regular working hours

Job Description:

The AI Platform Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring operational excellence for Generative AI and Machine Learning platforms in a production environment. This role leads the end-to-end operations, monitoring, and support of AI/LLM solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the AI Platform Operations team supporting ML and Generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Ensure high availability, stability, scalability, and performance of AI/LLM platforms.
• Proactively monitor platforms and dashboards to identify and resolve issues before service impact occurs.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and customer queries in a timely manner, including participation in on-call and support rosters.
• Take ownership of production services, including incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Review, maintain, and continuously improve operational runbooks, procedures, and documentation.
• Drive platform automation and continuous improvement initiatives across AI and data platforms.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of overall technology experience, with at least 5+ years in application or platform support roles.
• Hands-on experience evaluating, deploying, and supporting machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of LLM evaluation metrics and frameworks, including deterministic and subjective metrics.
• Experience creating and maintaining monitoring dashboards for model and platform performance.
