About the Role
We are building LLM-driven agents for retrieval, reasoning, and workflow automation. This role spans backend orchestration, frontend interfaces, and production deployment of agent pipelines.
You will be responsible for implementing end-to-end AI agent solutions, from designing conversational interfaces to orchestrating multi-step workflows and ensuring production-grade reliability. You'll work at the intersection of modern AI frameworks and full-stack engineering, delivering tangible business value through intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities
Agent Development & Orchestration
- Implement AI agents using LangGraph, LangChain, and LangSmith, integrated with backend APIs.
- Orchestrate complex workflows with tools like n8n, connecting agents to durable workflow engines (e.g., Temporal).
- Integrate with vector search systems (pgvector, Qdrant, Weaviate) to build production-grade RAG pipelines.
- Implement evaluation and monitoring pipelines for agents using LangSmith and custom benchmarks.
Full-Stack Implementation
- Build intuitive React UIs for agent interaction, debugging, and monitoring.
- Develop backend APIs for retrieval, reasoning, and agent execution.
- Optimize prompt assembly and ensure reproducible, explainable agent outputs.
- Deploy and maintain agent pipelines in production environments with high reliability.
Qualifications
Must-Have Technical Expertise
- 5+ years full-stack experience, with demonstrated exposure to LLM/AI frameworks.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar languages for backend and orchestration layers.
- Strong experience with React for building modern web applications.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems concepts and dataflow orchestration.
Collaboration & Mindset
- Ability to prototype rapidly while engineering for production reliability.
- Comfort working across multiple languages, frameworks, and paradigms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality for end-to-end delivery.
Preferred/Bonus
- Prior experience deploying production-grade AI agents or LLM-powered applications.
- Experience with durable execution frameworks (Temporal) or workflow UIs (React Flow, Node-RED).
- Knowledge of retrieval policies, embeddings, and prompt evaluation frameworks.
- CI/CD experience for rapid iteration on agent logic and model updates.
- Experience integrating agents into compliance-heavy environments (audit trails, lineage, logging).
- Strong Vietnamese and English communication skills.
