About The Viettel Anti-Scam Solutions Product

In an environment where users increasingly face sophisticated scams through calls, technology like cameras, and digital platforms, Viettel Cyber Security (VCS) is focused on developing a comprehensive product ecosystem. This system integrates multiple applications and services to provide all-around user protection, including anti-scam alerts, anti-spam features, and ensuring the safety of personal accounts and information.

We are looking for a Product Business Analyst to act as a bridge between partners and the product development team. This role will be crucial in defining and implementing products that meet the real-world needs of the market and our partners.

Responsibilities

– Design, develop, and operate the AI chatbot system for end-users.

– Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) so the chatbot can understand natural language, process questions, and respond flexibly.

– Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to retrieve and cross-reference information from existing data.

– Design a mechanism for semantic matching with pre-defined scenarios to ensure accurate and consistent responses.

– Build a pipeline to evaluate the quality of the chatbot's responses and continuously refine scenarios and training data.

– Connect with backend systems/APIs to retrieve data and update user status in real-time.

– Lead and support junior AI Engineers in implementing sub-chatbot modules.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  
  

– Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics-Informatics, or related fields

– English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher

• Requirements/Competencies:

• Knowledge & Experience
• Proficient in Natural Language Processing (NLP): intent detection, entity extraction, question-answering.
• Experience working with LLM models (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) and frameworks like LangChain or equivalents.
• Understand and have implemented Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or vector search (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.).
• Capable of designing logic for context-aware scenario navigation and semantic mapping.
• Strong programming skills (proficient in at least one language).
• Broad and deep knowledge of IT system architecture (SQL, NoSQL, Service, Microservice, Tensor, Container, Message Queue, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Skills
• System-level thinking and the ability to solve complex problems with a product-oriented approach.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Leadership ability to guide a team.
