Responsibilities

• Job Description:
  
  

– Design and implement AI application solutions within information security systems

– Build software and systems utilizing AI to automate processes for monitoring, surveillance,

intrusion detection, and incident response

– Research and select technologies for internal AI products dedicated to security monitoring

and incident response

– Develop and integrate AI technologies into the current SOC operation process, working

closely with the analysis, operations, and product development teams to enhance the

performance and scaling capability of information security monitoring services

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  
  

– Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics-Informatics, or related fields.

– English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or higher

• Requirements/Competencies:
• Technical Skills:
  
  

– Minimum of 3 years of work or research experience in the field of AI/ML; experience

working on large projects related to NLP (Natural Language Processing) or LLM (Large

Language Models) is highly preferred.

– Proficient in the Python programming language; proficient with AI programming libraries.

– Possess deep and solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

– Proficient with common machine learning and deep learning models.

– Knowledge of Design Patterns for Agentic AI and experience deploying at least one

real-world project using it.

– Ability to use and optimize prompts and experience developing applications integrated

with Large Language Model APIs (including function calling).

– Experience working with time series, tabular, and text data.

– Experience working with LLM, GenAI, Agentic AI models, and techniques such as RAG

(Retrieval-Augmented Generation), CoT (Chain-of-Thought), etc., is an advantage.

– Deep and broad knowledge of IT system architecture (SQL, NoSQL, Services,

Microservices, Tensor, Container, Message Queue, etc.) is an advantage.

– Experience using big data processing platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, Notebook is an advantage

– Strong system-thinking mindset, with the ability to solve complex product-oriented problems

– Effective communicator capable of clearly explaining technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

– Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams
