About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with a strong background in AI/ML and modern software engineering practices. You will play a key role in building next-generation AI Agent systems, leveraging advanced Python skills and hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI Agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Develop robust, maintainable Python code for AI/ML and automation tasks.
- Integrate and utilize leading LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.).
- Write advanced unit and integration tests using frameworks like pytest, unittest, or BDD-style frameworks (behave, cucumber).
- Collaborate with frontend developers and (optionally) contribute to frontend components using Streamlit, React, or Next.js.
- Apply best practices in software delivery, including Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD) with Docker, Kubernetes, and Gitlab.
- Work with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.
- Take ownership of the full software lifecycle: develop, test, deploy, operate, and maintain solutions.
- (Optional) Fine-tune models, generate embeddings, or integrate custom-trained models as needed.
Requirements
- At least 34 years of experience as a AI/Software Engineer.
- Advanced Python programming skills, especially for AI/ML and scripting.
- Demonstrable experience with at least one agentic AI framework (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.).
- Familiarity with leading LLMs and their APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini).
- Experience with AWS services: EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redis, etc.
- Experience in modern software development and delivery practices, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Gitlab.
- (Optional) Basic knowledge of frontend technologies: Streamlit, React, Next.js.
- (Optional) Experience with fine-tuning, embedding generation, or integrating custom-trained models.
- Advanced knowledge of writing unit and integration tests (pytest, unittest, behave, cucumber, etc.).
