The Role

We&aposre seeking an AI Engineer to lead our artificial intelligence initiatives. As our sole AI specialist, you&aposll architect and implement intelligent systems that power AI interviews, candidate matching, and recruitment automation using frameworks like Microsoft Semantic Kernel.

Key Responsibilities

• Design AI systems for candidate evaluation and interview automation
• Build API integrations with LLM providers, focusing on speed and efficiency
• Fine-tune models for recruitment use cases rather than building from scratch
• Create data models for multi-tenancy SaaS workflows
• Work with NoSQL and vector databases
• Implement reliable processing with proper error handling

Essential Requirements

• Strong Python development skills (4+ years experience)
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Microsoft Semantic Kernel preferred, OpenAI Agent SDK, or AutoGen)
• API design and development expertise
