Develop strategies to up-sell additional products or services to existing clients, maximizing revenue opportunities and enhancing client relationships.
Conduct outbound sales calls to prospect for new business, effectively communicating the value proposition and closing sales deals.
Provide support for inbound customer service and sales inquiries, addressing client needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Generate weekly sales and pipeline reports, providing insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
