  • Ensure all programs are standardized and compliant through drafting memos, terms & conditions (T&C), setting accrual, calculating costing and building a mechanism to monitor, handle/resolve complaints (appeal).

  • Responsible for building and administering the annual Recognition Framework (Recognition Framework) including large-scale events, awards nights, Rookie Club, Star Club, gifts and recognition categories other.

  • Ensure monthly implementation of items of the Honors Framework: mechanism design, completion of memo/T&C, control of accrual & costing, efficiency analysis v appeal processing.

  • Responsible for reviewing and recommending effective adjustments to the monthly Incentive program for each segment assigned consultants: Producer Leader/Recruiter (including Recognition framework) GA & GAD.

  • Responsible for providing on-demand (ad-hoc) trend analysis of sales, MAPA by dealer segment, product structure hiring trends & quality of new agents and GA/GAD's operating trends to support decision making and optimize program design.
