THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for Agency Growth & Transformation, Consultant who plays a key executional role within the Agency Growth & Transformation team, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and supporting the delivery of projects that enhance customer value, operational efficiency, and distribution performance.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Initiatives & Framework
- Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programs by independently managing workstreams and supporting implementation planning.
- Support the design, enhancement, and ongoing application of governance structures and strategic frameworks that align initiatives with business priorities and objectives.
- Provide structured inputs and analysis to support leadership decision-making process
Project Management
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities, ensuring dependencies, timelines, and deliverables are clearly defined and aligned.
- Own preparation and maintenance of project plans, status updates, and documentation; proactively track progress and identify risks and issues and propose mitigation actions.
Customer Focus
- Analyze and synthesize customer data to develop actionable segmentation and targeting insights.
- Translate customer insights into clear recommendations that support the development and refinement of tailored value propositions.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to improve customer-centric outcomes.
Distribution Experience
- Assess sales and distribution processes to identify operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Support rollout and optimization of digital tools, automation, and workflow solutions, acting as a liaison between salesforce and enabling functions.
Market Insights
- Independently gather market intelligence, including competitor performance, customer trends, and industry developments.
- Translate data into concise insights, implications, and recommendations for strategy, planning, and performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience with exposures in sales & distribution, customer experience, project management and strategy (experience in agency is a plus).
