YOUR MISSIONS:

We are currently looking for an experienced and certified SuccessFactors Consultant in one of or several modules as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (or Payroll), Time Management, Learning with passion for technology and HR to help our clients unlock the potential of their employees and build world class HR processes and practices through the deployment of SuccessFactors software. Not old school, on premise systems, that take years to implement, but fast, fluid, dynamic cloud-based systems that are engaging, easily adopted and drive real personal and organizational productivity.

You will bring your proven SuccessFactors experience to actively support projects and guide clients through requirements gathering and contribute to business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, change management, quality assurance, risk management and user enablement. Though collaboration and effective project delivery you will ensure clients extract the full value from the SuccessFactors solution.

This is a rapidly changing environment, so we are looking for a team that want to embrace the evolution of HR as we develop dynamic technology to support Business and HR best practices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide best-practice HR guidance on clients processes
  • Enjoying the opportunity to forge strong relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis and create reports
  • Assist in proposal development, contribute to conference presentations and general marketing materials
  • Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients
  • Link the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimize the solution
  • Educate the client on SuccessFactors and technical requirements
  • Provide train-the-trainer, administrative and reporting training to the client
  • Certified in one or more SuccessFactors Modules.
  • Develop project documentation, trainings and training material
  • Analyze and act independently on request or incidents raised by the client and resolve it within the agreed SLA and with quality
  • Undertake analysis work to identify root cause with ability to discuss and brainstorm with other team members and stakeholders and escalating findings to the right stakeholders. To be responsible to assist in reducing re-occurring issues/incidents.
  • This role is based in Hanoi City/Ho Chi Minh City

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least a university degree in HR or IT or any other related discipline
  • Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in SuccessFactors Modules Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll (or Payroll), Time Management are preferable. Other Modules are also welcomed.
  • Advanced understanding of HR processes, organizational structures and business functions
  • Advanced knowledge of standard software products such as spreadsheets, presentation software and text processing software
  • Act in an appropriate and professional manner with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to prepare and analyze deliverables in time, meeting expectations in a timely manner
  • Ability to explain and implement all the latest functionalities of the module
  • Possess knowledge of the architecture, functionality and relation to SuccessFactors software business processes
  • Eager to solicit feedback and act upon them
  • Fluent in English language
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn and challenge business practices
  • You have a forward-thinking and agile mindset
