Job Description

Job Description:

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of affiliate campaigns, initiatives and key projects
Drive strategic projects that grow Affiliate Marketing sales and orders
Leverage data to identify issues, gather insights and uncover growth opportunities
Track and report competitorintelligence to inform strategy and benchmarking
Oversee day-to-day program operations and performance across external platforms
Partner with cross-functional teams (Talent Managers, Finance, Operations, Business Intelligence, etc.) to ensure strong execution, operational alignment and scalable growth

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline experience in the e-Commerce industry is a plus
Strong organisational skills and the ability to execute tasks independently
Demonstrated success in program management and collaborating across functions
Creative problem-solver with a strong ability to analyze issues and implement effective solutions
Proficient in analytical tools, with required expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
