GTC Center Vietnam serves as the company's local presence in Vietnam, supporting market development, partner engagement, financial education, and training initiatives for traders, affiliates, introducing brokers, and business partners. Through practical market insights, professional training programs, and localized support, GTC Vietnam helps strengthen the GTCFX partner ecosystem and enhance client and partner experience in the Vietnamese market.

Role Description

The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and growing GTCFX s global affiliate and partner network. This role serves as the primary point of contact for affiliates, introducing brokers (IBs), and referral partners, ensuring they have the tools, support, and incentives needed to drive high-quality client referrals. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship management skills with a deep understanding of the financial services landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, IBs, and strategic partners across target markets.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns to attract high-potential partners via digital channels, industry events, and direct outreach.
  • Guide new affiliates through the onboarding process, including compliance checks, agreement signing, and platform training.
  • Serve as the dedicated account manager for all active affiliates, maintaining regular communication and providing ongoing support.
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships that drive affiliate retention and loyalty.
  • Respond promptly to affiliate queries related to commissions, marketing materials, platform issues, and compliance requirements.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track and analyze key affiliate KPIs, including traffic, registrations, first-time depositors
  • (FTDs), trading volume and revenue generated.
  • Identify underperforming affiliates and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.

Campaign & Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop affiliate-specific campaigns, landing pages, banners, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate seasonal promotions, bonus structures, and incentive programs to drive affiliate motivation.
  • Ensure all partner-facing materials are compliant with regulatory standards and brand guidelines.

Commission & Payment Management

  • Oversee accurate and timely commission calculations and payments in accordance with affiliate agreements.
  • Manage and maintain the affiliate management platform to ensure data accuracy.
  • Negotiate and structure competitive commission plans to attract premium partners.

Requirements

Essential

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in affiliate management, partner marketing, or business development within the CFD, crypto, or broader financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing an affiliate or IB network.
  • Strong understanding of the financial markets and trading products.
  • Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Existing network of financial affiliates, IBs, or financial influencers.
  • Experience working with multi-tier affiliate or IB structures.
  • Familiarity with MT4/MT5 or similar trading platforms.
  • Multilingual capabilities (English or Chinese are an advantage).• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
