Role and Responsibilities:
- Understand client goals, campaign KPIs, guidelines, and budget requirements.
- Develop customized affiliate proposals and strategies revolving # of affiliate, # of postings and potential GMV aligned with client objectives.
- Define affiliate selection criteria based on brand objectives, product types, and target demographics.
- Develop content brief to be shared with affiliate / creators
- Recruit affiliates using TikTok Creator Marketplace, Shopee Affiliate platform, and other relevant channels.
- Develop contingency plan if the # of affiliate and # of posting is below than committed number.
- Work with external agency to deliver the numbers if Marketplace is unable to deliver the numbers committed
- Build strong relationship with Top 100 affiliates to ensure they do postings
- Track and analyze affiliate performance using internal dashboards and platform analytics.
- Segment affiliates by performance tiers (e.g., top performers, mid-tier, underperformers).
- Generate actionable insights to improve overall affiliate output and optimize ROI.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and root causes of performance spikes or drops
- Expand pool of Top performing affiliate (GMV, # postings, Views, Engagement rate
- Verify Insights for Billing
Requirement:
- Fluent English speaking is a Plus
- Data driven mindset
- Ecommerce experience is a must
