Program Direction & Framework Setting: Structure end-to-end frameworks synchronizing creator supply with high-intent traffic across Shopee Video, Live, and external networks to maximize conversion.
Creator & KOL Experience: Lead the design of incentive structures and income models rooted in affiliate unit economics to ensure sustainable creator loyalty and platform profitability.
Strategic Governance: Transform ambiguous market shifts into holistic benchmarks and brand-safety guardrails, keeping the creator ecosystem ahead of competitive trends.
Synergy & Performance Steering: Lead the team in collaboration with cross-functional workstreams to bridge seller demand with creator supply, distilling complex data into strategic narratives for senior executive decision-making.

Requirements:

3+ years experience in project management, strategy planning, preferable in e-commerce, with proven track record of people management role leading teams of 5+
Solid understanding of creator economy & e-commerce growth drivers.
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
Innovative thinker & influencing communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
High ownership with a critical mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity in complex projects.
Advanced proficiency in fundamental analytical tools & Google tools
