Key responsibilities
1. Relationship Manager (70%)
- Engage with inbound leads seeking insurance and investment solutions
- Perform initial consultations and needs assessments
- Utilize our best-in-class system to generate quotes
- Present quotes and benefits, provide reasoned recommendations
- Persistently follow up to close deals
- Handle sales sign-ups, application forms, contracts, and policy documentation
- In addition to leads given, proactively source new business opportunities
- Cross sell additional products to clients and request referrals
2. Customer Service (30%)
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support throughout product life cycle
- Assign customer service tasks to our dedicated in-house team
- Manage annual insurance renewals

- Confident, energetic and outgoing personality
- Strong ability to communicate in English with clients and managers
- The ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
- No prior insurance experience requiredwe offer comprehensive training!
